In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

If homecareneed find anything suspicious or unauthorized /any one indulge in such activity than

By accepting these terms, you are agreed to bound by following:

1. During the registration on web/app ,you may asked for your personal information, contact detail ,address, location or any service related information to provide you service at your door step by vendor/working partner available in your area. You must ensure about the information you are providing are correct, proper and not confusing at the time of booking/registering for services. you have to inform us if you are updating any information what you have provided at the time of booking, so we can establish a communication for frequent and hassle free services.

 

1. In terms of use of service you must obtain and register a account. for register a account you must be at least 18 years of age or legal according to jurisdiction. to register a account you may have to share few details with homecareneed like-name, contact detail, address, e mail etc to give you service at right time and right place.

Use of homecareneed services/website/App available/provided by homecareneed platform is only to individual/persons who can inter into legally binding contract as per the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Individual who are” incapable to contract” by the meaning of Indian contract Act 1872  if minors, you are not qualified to use the services/website/App .if you are under the age of 18,you are not qualified to register or transact as a user/individual of website/App and or use any services on homecareneed platform. If any of the information you provide is found to be inaccurate, you will act to compensate for any harm or loss of homecareneed, and consider homacareneed to be harmless to any third party or civil or criminal claim.

To use any services on homecareneed platform through homecareneed website/App ,It is necessary to register your account on our Website/App. at the time of registration you will receive a OTP to login via telephonic device, you will receive an OTP every time you logged in.

You are responsible for confidentiality of your OTP and account, and also fully responsible for activity on account. if anything suspicious or security breach or any data loss in anyway related to account you are using, you are fully responsible for it, Also You shall have to notify to homecareneed for the same .

 

7-Security and password management

 

You acknowledge to immediately inform to homecareneed-

(1) In case of any suspicious use of your account

(2) In case of any security breach

(3) make sure to exit from your account after completion of service

(4) Do not share your OTP with other in order to keep your account safe

 

 

8- Use of services to users/customers

Along with choosing and using any of homecareneed services, you also have certain obligations as a customer.

1-While rendering services, you cannot force the technician to do any such work which is not under the working procedure of the technician or company terms.

2-You and any member present in the premises of your home cannot in any way misbehave, harass, abuse or use physical or mental violence, with our technicians,  which is illegal.

3-you will be responsible for making full payment of all those services  availed by you as per the invoice, which will contain the value of the service, the fixed taxes, the value of the goods and other value (if any).

4-You will also have to ensure that there is no any kind of misuse or damage of technician's goods / equipment etc inside your home premises in any way.

5-in case of unsatisfied with our services or for any kind of suggestions, kindly go to our "contact us" column on website/App, we will contact you within 24 hours after lodging a complaint/suggestion.

6-technician/working partner can cancel or reschedule the services requested by customer for any reason, you can contact to us in this regard if getting any problem related to your services.

7-if customer find out any wrongdoing by technicians (legal/illegal) ,in that regard customers are advised to inform homecareneed for the same in writing within 24 hours of availing the services of homecareneed.

8-it is advised to all our customers that take care of all your belongings at the time rendering the service by technicians within your home premises.

9-if customer find anything missing, loss or damage post availing the services, it is advised to customers to inform homecareneed within twenty four (24) hours of availing the service, homecareneed will try and give its best effort to find out or enquire about the missing, loss or damage, but homecareneed will not be responsible for the same missing, loss or damage.

10- If there is any loss/damage in the customer's home due to mistake or negligence caused by the technician, it will be the sole responsibility of the technician. In which case, the total liability / responsibility of the homecareneed limited to an amount do not exceed Rs 10,000. And it will be the subject of a thorough investigation. Homecareneed will not be responsible for any such loss / damage at the time of service.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

In case of any service booked by customer and made the payment for the same, customer will get website/app generated invoice with all details.

In case of service cancellation by customer, service charges have been paid; customer will receive a sms and cancellation receipt on website/App.

Refund process will initiated for the designated bank of customer.

Refund procedure may take up to 14 days from cancellation date, depending upon customers bank rules (after confirming those services and related payment transaction).

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

You agree to compensate defend homecareneed workers/professionals, directors/partner  against any claims other fees associated with any type of or generated as penalty due  to your negligence of terms or privacy policy or violation of any laws related to any third party.

 

RATES AND CHARGES

Price/charges for facilities/services and products are given in Indian rupees. homecareneed may , at its discretion ,make any changes to the services/facilities or to the fees or rate/price of the facilities, material  without any prior notice.

 

DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE

 

Homecareneed may cancel or terminate your use of services/Web/App of homecareneed platform at any time, if homecareneed find any breach by you of these terms /privacy policy or any misuse of homecareneed platform in any context.

Homecareneed, at its discretion, can terminate your use of Web/App or services.

Homecareneed may delete any details, content, related to your account, if your use of service/Web/App is being terminated by homecareneed.

Homecareneed have no liability towards user/you/yours or any others.
